This guy needs some walk-up music when he weighs in at tournaments. How about “Iron Man” by Black Sabbath? How about “Tin Man” by America? Whatever works for John Cox will be something you will be hearing a lot because John Cox fishes more professional bass tournaments than anyone around. He wins his fair share of them, to boot! Cox is fishing in the Bassmaster Elites, and the Major League Fishing Bass Pro Tour and the MLF Pro Circuit. How does he keep up with a grueling schedule kike that? Listen to a great guy and a great fisherman tell us about how he pulls it off.

Wire to wire! That’s right, Canada’s Jeff Gustafson won the latest Bassmaster Elite event on the Tennessee River and led it on all four days of competition. He did it by weighing in a limit of smallies every day. His 20 smallies, all over 18-inches, was more smallmouth than what all the other anglers in the event caught combined. What an amazing performance!
Our friend, Ken Duke from Fishing Tackle Retailer magazine is with us to talk about what’s new in the fishing industry.
