We go on the Hack Attack! One of the best fishermen in the bass world joins us! Greg Hackney explains how he just won the World Championship at Major League Fishing! He’s won FLW’s Forrest Wood Cup, so the only thing eluding him is a win at the Bassmaster Classic. We ask Greg when and how he is going to make that happen. Tony Forte is getting the USA team ready for the bass fishing world championship coming up in Mexico. Wait till Tony tells you who is on the team! This is a team that can’t be beaten, in our humble opinion. Dan Johnston from St. Croix tells you why the best time of the year for fishing is just around the corner.

What the heck! This guy isn’t even old enough to buy a beer but he certainly proved he is old enough to win $64,000 for catching walleyes in an NWT tournament. Dylan Nussbaum is from Pennsylvania, a state not famous for walleyes or for putting out top walleye pros. He drives a boat and motor rig that he bought from his dad. Were the cards stacked against him? He didn’t care, he just went to South Dakota and kicked butt over the top professionals in the sport. Listen to Dylan explain how he did it.
Betty Bauman, Founder and CEO of “Ladies, Let’s Go Fishing!,” joins us to talk about the “The No-Yelling School of Fishing.”
Dan Johnston from St. Croix is with us to explain how fisherman should approach trying to become members of the pro staffs of tackle manufacturers.

I don’t think we’ve ever had anyone on the program who was as totally happy and full of joy as FLW pro Clent Davis was during this interview! Sure, Clent just won the big FLW Forrest Wood Cup and pocketed a check for $300,000 but he tells us he almost gave up tournament fishing over the past winter. He is certainly glad he changed his mind! Clent is in such a great mood that he didn’t even get mad when Steve gave him some lyrics to a song he is writing about Clent. If Steve would have sung, that probably would have been a deal breaker! Take a listen to Clent Davis, one of the nicest guys around!
Dan Johnston from St. Croix talks about panfish. Who doesn’t fish for bluegills, crappies and the like? Dan gives some great tips here.
Patrick Neu stops in to give us an update on what is new with the National Professional Anglers Association.

He is the most famous outdoorsman in the entire world, barring none. You can ask anyone to name a famous fisherman and it is more than likely, even if they aren’t even familiar with the sport, that the name they know is that of Babe Winkelman. Babe’s tv show, “Good Fishing” is seen everywhere and his popularity is still beyond compare after all his years in the public eye. We are honored to have the one-and-only Babe Winkelman on our show.
Dan Johnston from St. Croix joins us to talk about summer tips and patterns and offer his brand of warm water expertise.
Young Blake Alma is always stirring things up and is here to talk about his brand new book.

The hardest possible bass tournament is one where everybody is standing on even ground when it starts. That happened when the Bassmasters went to Lake Oahe in South Dakota. That’s because there has never been a big-time bass tournament on Oahe before. No one had experience so they all were fishing it for the first time. Mark Daniels, Jr. proved exactly how good he was on this tough lake by winning it and cashing a six-figure check. Listen to MDJ tell you all about it.
Joe Opager from FLW stops by to recap another great tournament season and previews the big upcoming FLW Forrest Wood Cup at Lake Ouachita in Arkansas this week. Who dies Joe think is going to win it?
Dan Johnston from St. Croix comes by to talk about special patterns for the notorious “dog days of summer.”
