Luke Clausen has won big on the FLW tour and he has won a Bassmaster Classic. Luke’s biggest victory may be pulling through an incredible fall that might have killed or crippled him. He’s on the shelf for the season but is damned lucky to be able to talk about a comeback. He tells us his story. Dan Bertalan is a media mogul from “Into the Outdoors” who is getting kids involved in fishing by the thousands. Ryan Teach runs the factory store at the St. Croix world headquarters and he has a very special invitation for everyone.

If we have Bryan Thrift on We Fish ASA every time he cashes a six-figure check from winning a FLW tournament, how long will it take before we have to change the name of the show to “We Fish Bryan Thrift?” Jesse Simpkins, the Director of Marketing for St. Croix checks in. They make the best rods on Earth, you know. Kellie Ralston is the Florida Fishery Policy Director for the American Sportfishing Association. Wow! That is a mouthful! She updates us on the Everglades and the Keys.

Ripple? Isn’t that the stuff that used to cost 99-cents a bottle and Steve and Dave drank it all the time back in the day? That is true and it’s also the name of our lead guest. She is Jen Ripple, the founder and publisher of DUN Magazine, an International women’s fly fishing magazine that empowers women but does not ignore men. This lady is a total fishing machine. Dan Johnston from St. Croix stops by to talk about getting more people into our sport and the fly fishing class he is holding to raise money for a special cause. This fly fishing fund raiser is May 12, at the Liberty Center Pond in North Liberty, Iowa. If you can’t make it, you can still participate in this great cause by visiting www.crowdrise.com/fly-fishing-fundraiser. This guy is the Baron of Baits, the Titan of Tackle, the Lord of Lures – he is Ken Duke from Fishing Tackle Retailer Magazine. He knows what is going on in our business.

Isn’t it fitting that the best fishing show on radio or Internet in the entire U.S.A. is joined by the best fisherman in the entire U.S.A.? Our guest is a man we are proud to call a friend, the one-and-only Al Lindner. Al checks in from on the water chasing gigantic sturgeon on the Rainy River. Will he hook one while we are on the air? You’ll have to listen to find out. Dan Johnston from St. Croix explains fish movements at this time of the year. Our newest sponsor, John Nida from Fish Head Spin Baits joins us. These baits really catch fish and John Nida joins us to explain why they work so well.

April 1 was a couple of weeks ago. Why is one of the best walleye fishermen in the world, Chase Parsons, talking about the carp he has mounted on his wall? Why is co-host Dave Kranz talking about watching otters playing while he is in the boat fishing for bass? What the heck is going on here? You are going to have to listen to find out. Dan Johnson from St. Croix talks about fishing in current. Mike Verdeja manages McQuoid’s Inn, a premier resort on the best smallmouth lake in America. He tells us about smallie fishing, the walleye limits and the trouble the DNR is having with muskie stocking.
