Happy Thanksgiving to all!
Nope! It’s not a re-run. Last week we featured an interview with Will Davis. This week we get to spend quality time with his father, the legendary William Davis, Sr. Mr. Davis invented the swim jig many years ago. He also invented the shaky head jig. Don’t believe it? Davis has the inventions registered and can prove it. He is the owner of the Davis Bait Company in Alabama and his creations have helped professional bass anglers wing hundreds of thousands of dollars in big tournaments across the country. Davis also manufactures a very special line of spinnerbaits that work like you have never seen before. William Davis, Sr. is a great guy and a genius in the tackle business. By the way, he can really fish, too. Please give him a listen.
Dan Johnston from St. Croix is with us to talk about getting prepared for the upcoming hard water season. Oops! I guess some people have already gotten their first dose of ice!
Who is that gracing the cover of the latest Bassmaster magazine? Why, it’s Anastasia Patterson. She joins us to talk about how she won the “I am Bassmaster” contest that secured her position on the cover. She may be on the cover again someday. She is a totally serious bass angler, so remember her name.
