Everybody seems to love Charlie Evans. He joined the world of fishing as an administrator, then climbing the ladder to become the President and CEO of the FLW organization. FLW grew to become the biggest bass tournament operation in the country. Charlie decided to take of his tie and jacket and turned his attention to becoming a successful pro fisherman. Charlie’s efforts at bringing more kids into the sport through Kid Casters and Lil Anglers has earned him the respect of the fishing industry.
Speaking of Presidents, Kathy Fennell, the FLW President of Operations joins us to explain the deal that was struck between them and Major League Fishing and how it will impact the tournament world.

Scott Canterbury made the jump to the Bassmaster Elite circuit in 2019. He had a great season, capping it off with the Toyota Angler of the Year title. Previously, Scott had won 1.3-million on the FLW tour. If that’s not enough to prove how good he is, the man won a gold medal for Team USA at the bass world championships in Mexico. Incredible. Dan Johnston from St. Croix joins us to talk about a very important subject – keeping safe while fishing. Captain Bill Kelly from the Florida Keys makes a return visit to talk about the lionfish, an invasive species that is causing havoc down in the Keys.

We will definitely guarantee that Jacob Wheeler is not only a great fisherman but he is also one of the nicest guys chasing bass today. Listen to a great interview with an exemplary individual.
